Shipping Policy
Last Updated: January 28, 2026
This shipping policy applies to all business-to-business (B2B) inquiries and orders for products sold on our independent website. All orders are processed via offline communication and confirmation, with no online transactions available. The terms below outline the shipping details, responsibilities and related arrangements for all our B2B orders.
1. Order Confirmation & Shipping Preparation
- All shipping arrangements are confirmed only after the offline order agreement (including product specifications, quantity, delivery terms and payment) is signed by both parties.
- Our team will provide a detailed shipping schedule and cost quotation based on the order quantity, destination, and your designated shipping requirements within 2-3 business days after order confirmation.
- Production and shipping preparation time will be clearly stated in the offline order agreement, subject to the actual product type and order volume.
2. Shipping Terms & Cost Responsibility
We offer international mainstream Incoterms 2020 shipping terms for B2B orders, with cost and risk responsibility divided as follows (the specific term for each order is confirmed in the offline agreement):
- EXW (Ex Works): Buyer bears all shipping, transportation, customs declaration (export/import) costs and all risks from the moment the goods are picked up at our factory/warehouse.
- FOB (Free On Board): We are responsible for export customs declaration, local loading and port fees at the designated shipping port; buyer bears sea/air freight, insurance, import customs clearance fees and subsequent risks after the goods are loaded on the designated vessel/aircraft.
- Other Terms (CIF/CFR/DAP etc.): Customized cost and risk division can be negotiated according to the buyer’s needs, and confirmed in the offline order agreement.
3. Shipping Methods & Transit Time
- Shipping Methods: We cooperate with professional international freight forwarders and logistics providers, offering sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight and international express for B2B orders; the specific method is selected by the buyer and confirmed in the order agreement.
- Transit Time: Estimated transit time is provided in the shipping quotation, based on the destination port/airport and selected shipping method. Actual transit time may vary due to customs clearance, shipping company schedules, weather and other unforeseen factors, and we will assist in tracking the progress in a timely manner.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- We will provide the necessary commercial documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading/air waybill etc.) for export customs declaration and import clearance as required by the order.
- The buyer is solely responsible for all import-related costs including but not limited to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, inspection fees and storage fees in the destination country/region.
- We are not liable for any shipping delays or additional costs caused by incomplete import documents, failure to comply with the destination’s import regulations, or customs clearance issues on the buyer’s side.
5. Shipment Tracking & Notification
- After the goods are shipped, we will send the full shipping documents (including tracking number, bill of lading/air waybill copy) to the buyer via email/official communication channel within 24 hours.
- The buyer can track the shipment status through the official website of the freight forwarder/logistics provider with the tracking number; our team will provide timely assistance for any shipping progress inquiries.
6. Damaged, Lost or Delayed Shipments
- We strictly inspect the quality and packaging of goods before shipment; any damage, loss or shortage of goods that occurs after the risk transfer in accordance with the shipping terms shall be claimed by the buyer with the logistics provider/freight forwarder directly.
- We will provide the necessary shipping documents and relevant proof to assist the buyer in the claim process upon request.
- For shipping delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, port strikes, trade policy changes etc.), neither party shall be held liable for breach of contract, and we will communicate and adjust the shipping schedule with the buyer in a timely manner.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to regions/countries subject to international trade sanctions, export/import bans or relevant government restrictions.
- For oversized, overweight or special goods (if applicable), additional shipping fees and special handling arrangements will be separately quoted and confirmed in the offline order agreement.
